Bills are due upon receipt they must be paid by 4:30 p.m. on the 15th. There will be no second notice. If the bill is paid after 4:30 p.m. on the 15th, a penalty of $10.00 plus the bill is charged. If the meter is locked off, $50.00 is charged to have the service reconnected.
